Refusal of Delivery:

• If the product is faulty or does not match the agreement → the client may receive a full refund.
  
• If the product is correct and in perfect condition → refusal of delivery is not permitted.
  
• Manufacturing defects are covered under warranty for six months from the date of delivery.

Delivery costs are determined based on:

The final delivery cost is communicated clearly before the execution process begins.

 Payment Terms

• 50% advance payment upon contract signing
  
• 25% during the production phase
  
• 25% prior to final delivery

Extended Warranty Statement

Outlux provides a comprehensive six-month warranty from the delivery date, covering all manufacturing defects that may appear under normal use.
The warranty includes:
